Electric field strength meter
The electric field strength meter is the suitable instrument for measurements of the electric field on surfaces of work tables, packaging and production equipment. Clothing can also be examined with this.
The E-field meter comes with a charging device, which makes it possible to investigate the chargeability of materials. The charger with a working voltage of +/- 1100 Volt offers enough resolution to determine the discharge as a result of electrical conduction.
Measurements with this portable device are typically performed during inspections in accordance with IEC61340-5-1 and IEC61340-5-4 (in preparation).
