Nano Coulomb meter, probe and Faraday cup
Total ESD solutions has an nC meter with high impedance probe and Faraday cup. This meter is ideally suited to measure the electrostatic charge on objects, which arises as a result of process actions. This can be critical when a product has to meet requirements such as SEMI E78.
The cup has an inner diameter of 8 cm. The nC meter is equipped with 3 measuring ranges: 20nC, 200 nC and 2000 nC. The resolution in the smallest range is 10 pC
